About five years ago I decided to teach private Spanish classes. I wanted to design a course that people could
take in their own home or at my home that I now call La Casa de Lenguas. I also thought it would be fun to write my
own little workbook dedicated to my father Joaquin Duran since he taught me so many wonderful things about his native country
Mexico. As a result I am enjoying the interest so many have shown in my classes and club since people's enthusiasm seems
to in turn inspire me. I will be doing a book read sometime in the Spring of 2010 at Village Books in Bellingham and
I will announce the date and time soon. Thank you for your interest in La Casa de Lenguas, El Club de Lenguas
and my course El México de Joaquín. Eric Durán v
